Bateleur Bushveld Camp

Bateleur Bushveld Camp, situated along the banks of the Mashokwe Spruit in the northern Mopane/Woodland savannah of Kruger National Park, offers a serene and exclusive retreat. Located approximately 40 km southwest of Shingwedzi, this intimate camp is named after the majestic Bateleur eagle.

As the oldest and smallest of the bushveld camps, it provides a unique atmosphere and superb game viewing. One of its standout features is a game-viewing hide that overlooks a waterhole just outside the camp. Additionally, two nearby dams, Silwervis and Rooibosrand, are reserved exclusively for Bateleur residents, ensuring a peaceful, uncrowded experience even when the camp is full.
