Mjejane Private Game Reserve is a Big 5 safari destination located within the Greater Kruger National Park in Mpumalanga. It covers around 4,000 hectares and offers private access to the park, which means you can see wildlife without the usual crowds.

Mjejane is known for excellent game viewing, luxury lodges, and lodges that include Mjejane River Lodge, Fifty-Five Mjejane, and Jacana River Lodge.

Safety and rules are important in Mjejane. It is a malaria area, so medication and precautions are needed. Always keep a safe distance from wildlife, including elephants, lions, rhinos, baboons, and monkeys, and never feed them. Fires are allowed only in designated areas, and lodges have standard check-in from 14:00 and check-out at 10:00, with late arrivals needing prior notice.

The reserve is about 450 kilometres from Johannesburg, roughly a five-hour drive along the N4, and is close to Hectorspruit, between Malelane and Komatipoort.
